Pole Foundations
This class is designed to focus on refining and cleaning transitions on the pole. It is encouraged to revisit tricks that needs fine tuning. Students will go through pole conditionings that will help them be more aware of their body and prevent injuries in the long run.

Pole Tricks
In this class, students do not need a dance background or prior pole classes to join. It is open to all levels and student's assessment will be done during the class. A set of pole tricks and sequences will be given depending on the student's level. Also, students will undergo proper warm-up, pole conditioning and cooldown by the end of each class.

Pole Dance

Students will learn basic sequences combining flow, lines, levels and movement around the pole to music. Elements include low spins, floor work, pole tricks & movement exploration.

Pole Beginner Heels

This class is created to build familiarity and strength with dancing in Pole Heels. Dancing in heels is an extra challenge as you are adding the weight of the heels you are wearing to your movement. This class is perfect to start your Pole heel journey.
Class will start with a proper warm-up, conditioning suited for heels, drills followed by a choreography and then cool-down. Some choreography may take few sessions to finish which makes it more fun!

XOtic Pole
Heels are optional but is highly recommended. Students can execute spinning combos in heels. Students however, are not limited to follow the instructor's style instead, they will be guided to explore his/her own sensual style.

Spinning Pole
Class will focus on Pole Spin combos and conditioning. Students will learn to flow and hold poses with a spinning pole. The challenging part for this class is learning to flow with and resist the centrifugal force on the spinning pole. But as the student continues to practice and build strength, this class would is an absolute fun. Because who would not want to see spinning pole tricks!
