XOtic Floorworks

Floorwork in dance is a style of movement that takes place on the floor. It's a key technique in modern dance, and is also used in breakdancing and pole dancing. Class involves rolling, sliding, and crawling. Exploring the floor's textures and dynamics. Engaging core muscles. Heels are not required.

XOBurlesque

The burlesque dance features seductive movements that were labeled as 'striptease'. Women who performed burlesque often wore less clothing and would move to the slow beats of the jazz-inspired song they performed to. This class will truly unleash one's confidence in his/her own body.
